All Sales Final After Shipment
At VYBE Research Series, we take product quality, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction seriously.
Due to the nature of our research products and the importance of maintaining product integrity, all sales are considered final once an order has shipped, except for damaged products, incorrect orders, missing items, or situations where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
Returns
We do not accept returns of shipped research products for change of mind, unwanted purchases, or ordering mistakes.
Once research products leave our control, we cannot verify their handling, storage conditions, or integrity for resale.
Please do not return products without prior authorization.
Order Cancellations
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us immediately at info@feelthevybe.biz.
We will attempt to accommodate cancellations before shipment. Once an order has shipped, our standard final-sale policy applies, subject to applicable law.
Damaged Products
If an order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.
The preferred reporting timeframe does not limit any rights provided by law.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect product or your order is missing an item, contact us promptly.
We will review the order and arrange an appropriate correction, replacement, or refund.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If USPS tracking indicates that a package has not been delivered, contact us so we can investigate.
If an order cannot be fulfilled or delivered as required, we will provide the appropriate remedy under applicable law.
